Spiritual Teacher and Full-trance channel Dawn Katar, along with soul-sister and co-Lightworker and practitioner for over 25 years, Reverend Heiderose Uranja, will present an evening of insight and practice with The Holy Breath, our God/Source given, Divine and perfect tool for spiritual alignment, healing and integration.
This evening will help you connect more consciously with your breath to receive and give deeper healing to your physical, emotional and mental bodies. We will share and practice several simple, yet incredibly powerful breath techniques to cleanse, circulate life to unaware places in your bodies, as well as rejuvenate and activate your spiritual connections with Spirit.
Come and be strengthened in the most powerful spiritual tool you have been given – your Holy Breath!
It isn’t required, but you are encouraged to bring a pillow if you wish to lay on the floor for some of the practice.
About Dawn Katar and Heiderose Uranja
Dawn Katar and Heiderose Uranja have combined breath study and teaching of over 70 years, and have taught classes together for over 25 years! Dawn is a truly gifted channel for the Ascended Realms and a practitioner of Conscious Breathing for several decades. This practice is encouraged by the Ascended Masters as our single most powerful means of transformation and upliftment. All of our experience occur through the Breath and as we become more conscious of the process of giving and receiving within the breath, all can be transformed to it's highest potential.
Heiderose is a gifted spiritual channel and healer with 32 years experience, having mastered numerous modalities, including training in opening and attunement to spiritual gifts and channeling higher wisdom, Radiance Healing, Massage Therapy, Craniosacral Biodynamics, Pastoral Healing and Qi-Gong. Dawn and Heiderose recognize one another from many lifetimes of sharing the spiritual path of assisting the awakening and enlightenment of mankind.
