- Monthly 1-hour personal session with Spirit. Spirit will create your personal program as you progress each month.
- First session will be general with your questions and input from Spirit.
- Continuing sessions will be Spirit-directed.
- Final session will review your self-evaluation of progress in making clearer choices and new directions.
- You will be given ‘homework’ from Spirit that will be shared in the following session.
