Registration and Tuition

Cost is $525.00 per person,
includes 4 delicious meals
(Thursday Dinner, Friday Lunch and Dinner and Saturday Dinner)

Early-Bird Tuition: $475.00
if fully prepaid by May 1st

Additional Discount offered by Master Saint Germain  of $50.00 
if deposit received by April 15 for total of $425.00 if paid by May 1.
(Lodging not included in tuition.)

Minimum Deposit $150.00 which should accompany registration

Due to reservation commitments necessary to secure our location,
deposits are non-refundable after May 1st.

 (Note: we have a limited block of rooms available on first come first served basis at Cowboy Village Resort and 49ers Inn and Suites.  Rooms range from $230-299/night plus tax.  Tell reservations associate that you are with Dawn Katar's group, aka Open Channel Resources.  Rooms at Mountain Modern Motel, which is located nearby are renovated and look very nice from their website.  Rates quoted were around $259/night.  We will do our best to help facilitate a roommate for you if you are interested so that rates will be half of quoted figures.)  

 
Partial Scholarship
There are a limited number of partial scholarships available and are based on need and sincere desire to attend the Retreat. Please contact us for further info and details if you are interested in applying for or contributing toward a scholarship for a sincere brother or sister of Light

Transportation 
Please let us know if you'll be driving or flying so we can keep our eyes and ears open for your safe arrival and departure.  Here is Jackson Hole airport website link for those considering a connecting or direct flight in.  Our gathering is approximately a half hour ride from the airport.  Having a rental car will be a good idea as our group will be traveling together to various sites throughout the weekend.
